Starting with field walkouts and site evaluation, we take photos in the field to include in the drafting and permitting process - we develop plans with clarity and precision for both review and construction.
2. Tool Utilization
We use municipality GIS systems, our contacts in jurisdictions, and any other research necessary to find the correct right of way widths and underground utilities in the field to include on our plans.
3. Redlines from Jurisdictions
It happens. We will swiftly move or alter what the jurisdiction asks for to get plans resubmitted and back in review.
4. As-Builts
We can provide as-built drawings as requested once field work is complete. Drawn to Get Things Done.
